If there was something higher than 5 stars, the staff would certainly earn it. My daughter had to bring her cat Jillian in on an emergency basis. The staff was wonderful not only in the professional treatment towards my daughter but to our cat Jillian.
By far the best Veterinarian Practice I have been to in over 20 years. From the first phone call was a sign. Friendly, caring and honest.
The assistant handled our family member like he was her own. Dr Lima actually talked to us like we were his family members. He told us bad news problems but he also gave us good news solutions. He personally let us know everything and every step he took. Not using assistants as messengers.Had my permission to charge me for more and they didn’t. Very honest and heartwarming Hospital.
Very grateful for this amazing pet hospital! From being there for us while our dog took his last breath to welcoming us and our two new puppies. Dr. Lima has been there for us through it all making sure the dogs are top priority. And to all the vets and technicians (especially Savannah) who have been tirelessly working to help figure out what Rocky is allergic to, we just want to say thank you for all the love and support. You guys are the BEST!
The attention from Dr. Pulido was excellent. We were fascinated by the professionalism, love and dedication from Dr. Pulido so we decided to our puppy operated on with her. Super recommended.
I’ve been a pet owner for going on 8 years and this is by far the most impressive veterinarian office I’ve ever been to! Everyone there on the staff was super helpful and friendly, and you can tell they love what they do. They even have separate dog and cat entrances! I made a (very poor) segregation joke about them. Can’t wait to bring my babies back there!
Dr. Lima took my pup in as an emergency and was amazing. Kept me up to date on everything. I got more information in one phone call from him than I ever got from many visits to my regular vet. We will be coming here from now on.
